Book review: Cross Justice

Book review: Cross Justice

I’ve gone back to one of my all time favorite writers Mr. James Patterson and his amazing character Alex Cross in the book, Cross Justice.  For those of you who have never read an Alex Cross novel, all I can say to you is “what are you waiting for”?

In this thriller, Alex and the family are back in his boyhood home town to help prove his cousin’s innocents. His cousin is going to trail, for the heinous murder of a student, that went to the school he was a coach at. Being back in his small town home in North Carolina, for the first time in thirty years. All the suppressed memories of his parents tragic death start unlocking.

As with any great thriller, there is always a great side story and this one takes place in Florida. We’re introduced to a cross dressing murder, killing socialites and making them seem like accidents or suicides.  Until a Palm Beach Detective catches one of the murder scenes and starts putting things together.

Did you get the pun in the naming of this book Cross Justice, you have to love Patterson for these.

This is a real page turner, it kept me up more than a few nights reading. On my scale of 1 to 5. 1 being don’t bother and 5 a true page turner, I give Cross Justice a solid 5. This is a most read I’m sure you will enjoy.
