Book Review: Black Friday

In this review I cover one of James Patterson’s older suspense novels Black Friday. Black Friday is a story of redemption, revenge for injustice and of course James Patterson’s amazing twists.

A bit about the story. A secret group calling itself Green Band has threatened to blow up Wall Street and crumble the worlds economic systems. To prove they are serious they blow up the Federal Reserve Bank sending all financial systems into chaos. With our financial systems threatened the President rallies all government agency together to track and stop these terrorist.

Arch Carroll, our hero is a single father of 4, heading up the DIA’s anti-terrorist division. His mentor and the FBI Eastern Bureau Chief brings him into the investigation to find out who’s behind Green Band, and save the world from a financial collapse.

On my scale of 1 to 5. 1 being don’t bother and 5 a true page turner, I give Black Friday a solid 4.
