Book review: The Atlantis World

Book review: The Atlantis World by A.G. Riddle

In this review I cover The Atlantis World (The Origin Mystery, Book 3) the last book in the trilogy.  An amazing techno-thriller that will have you up late flipping pages.

The Atlantis World went by way to fast. I downloaded this book on the 5th of December and I am already done reading it and writing the review. But I know I will be reading this and the rest of the trilogy again. It’s a fast paced, techno-thriller with a very interesting premise and well-developed characters. The story picks up after our heroes have saved humanity from the Atlantis Plague and living in the massive Atlantean ship just off the mountainous coast of Northern Morocco. Time is against them and the clock is ticking. They both fear that something much worse is coming. Meanwhile their adversaries are planning the true demise of humanity. Back in Morocco the memories Kate has tried to unravel are taking their toll on her and she knows she only has a few weeks at best to live. But she needs to unlock these memories if she is to stop humanities destruction.

This series of books A.G. Riddle has created, asks the question how did humanity leap ahead and survive in such a short time? What if our evolution was engineered and to what end if it was? With strong and complex characters and a story that spans time a space this is a great story for lovers of science fiction and technical thrillers.

On my scale of 1 to 5, 1 being don’t bother and 5 a true page turner. I give The Atlantis World a 4.5. the only reason it didn’t get a 5 is this story ended so quick. The page count is 355 which is about as long as the other two, but it still seemed to end too soon. As I said in the beginning of this post, I know I will be reading this entire series again.

The four tracks playing are from a few of my favorite albums: From then until now, R.E.’s Style and I’m gonna let it ride
